* Founded in 1958 by Maria and Georg Heidner
* Following the sudden death of Georg Heidner, the second generation, Gertraud and Georg Heidner Jr., took over the business in 1961. It was during this time that the foundation for today’s cooking and innkeeping was laid.
* In 1987, the third generation, Gerhard Heidner, a trained chef and butcher, took over the business from his parents and continued to renovate the inn. Since 1994, he has run it together with his wife, Birgit.
The fourth generation is ready to step in. Son Alexander, a trained chef and hotel specialist, supports us.
Today, the Hotel Inn by the Castle is known for its excellent cuisine and cozy atmosphere.
